Strict No Refund Policy

All payments made to HRPA India are final and non-refundable.

• Workshops, webinars, and events
• Discounted or promotional offers

Once a user gains access to membership benefits, learning resources, or event registrations, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

Reason for No Refund

This policy is based on the nature of services provided by HRPA India:

• Immediate access to membership benefits

• Access to certifications and digital credentials
• No physical product return applicable

As users receive immediate value upon payment, refund requests cannot be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

Events, Workshops & Training Programs

For HRPA India events, webinars, and training programs:

Duplicate Payments (Exception)

Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:

• If a user is charged multiple times due to a technical error
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction
• After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded
