HR Certifications

The IIHR Certification credential is earned only after successfully completing the certification exam with a passing score. Digital badges are a web-enabled, digital representation of that certification, enriched with a standardized set of metadata that verify your achievement. You would be granted the Digital Badge after completion of the certification exam.

As individuals move along their career progression, their competencies will grow and develop.  At each key milestone, the individual will have developed or gained a different level of competency that can be recognized, thus providing a clear differentiation between certification levels.  The certification level encourages a HR professional to seek growth through specific learning and development to support them in achieving the desired level. IIHR certification programs will assess and measure an individual’s competencies at any given level thus ensuring the HR professional and employer knows what is expected at each level.

Professional certification is a designation earned by an individual identifying that they have demonstrated a standard level of skills, experience, and expertise within their field.  Level 2 – CHRG®, and Level 3 – CHRP® are considered professional certifications because they each have a unique work experience requirement to be eligible and the exam tests their application of the competencies required at each level.  Level 1 – CHRM™ is a certificate because it does not require work experience, and it only requires professional development hours to be eligible.

No, you do not need to be an IIBA member to apply for certification.

There are many benefits to IIHR membership. These include, but are not limited to, discounted certification exam fees, discounted recertification fees and much more.

Yes, you will be able to claim an electronic badge for each active IIHR certification you hold.

No, only the certification you have active with be awarded digital badges. If you have questions about renewing your expired certification please contact our program director at director@iihr.edu.in

Contact information of someone who can validate that you took a course, in the event your application is audited by IIHR, must be entered.  If it’s an self learning course, then you may have registered through your company’s HR department so you can provide the HR person’s contact information instead.

Applications are assessed immediately upon submission. You will not be able to submit your application unless you have met all the eligibility requirements. Once your online application shows that all requirements have been met, you will be able to submit your application. You will immediately receive an email stating that you are either approved OR approved pending audit. If you are approved, the e-mail will contain instructions on paying the exam fee so you can schedule it.

We will give only Placement Assistance for the Self Study and Online Learning Options. We assure Job Placement Guarantee across major cities in India for our regular as well as weekend batch students opting for 6 Months On Job Learning Option of CHRP® and CHRM® certification programs. We will be giving the Job Placement Guarantee letter to all students at the time of admission. Job Placement Guarantee will be based on the eligibility criteria and as per the Job Guarantee Agreement terms and conditions. All student must follow the Attendance & Placement Policies of IIHR.
